Our friend, Cyndi, made Gabriella the cutest Christmas shirt! She wore it yesterday to a Christmas party at the Peaden's and looked adorable!

Ballet Lesson

Gabriella LOVES Moose A. Moose on the Noggin channel. The only problem is that Moose A. Moose doesn't have his own show. He is the character that has clips in between the shows, so I will often pull up his clips on the computer so Gabriella can watch the Moose. I think this video is cute because it looks like Gabriella is doing ballet...she's on her toes, does a little leg kick, a plie', and then a pose on the floor.

We Are So L.A.

My friend Misty, who lives in Colorado, and I met out in Los Angeles to visit my cousin Beth and her husband Scott. I was determined to run into my reality friend, Lauren Conrad, but our paths never crossed. Despite not spotting a celebrity we had an AWESOME time!

Mikki moves South

Mikki and I have been friends since college. She moved from Atlanta 2 years ago to work in the culinary department at Disney, and it was perfect timing because I moved from Tampa to Orlando at that time as well. Mikki moved back to Valdosta for an opportunity she could not pass up...she is going to own her very own cafe! Mikki is going to be dearly missed, but I am so excited about her future with her new business!

Daisy's First Birthday!

Gabriella's BFF, Daisy, turned ONE on December 4th. Today was Daisy's birthday party in the park. All of Daisy's friends had fun sliding down the slides and swinging on the swings! We were all awaiting in anticipation for Daisy to make a mess of her birthday cake, but she was very "lady like" by only taking a few small bites...what a princess!!! Thank you Cyndi, Jamie, and Daisy for such a fun afternoon!

Thanksgiving in Ohio

We just got home from a week's visit in Ohio. We had such a great time visiting with Jim's family and Gabriella got WAY too much attention. I'm not looking forward to breaking her of being held constantly and taking numerous naps throughout the day. I don't know if it was the cold weather or Grandma's rocking chair, but Gabriella took about 6 naps a day. Gabriella really enjoyed playing with her cousin Nick. Nick loves race cars and he was nice enough to share them with her...most of the time. I think we're going to have to get her some race cars for Christmas.

It did snow during our visit. I know. You're probably expecting me to have pictures of Gabriella playing in the snow...all dressed up like a little snow bunny. Well, don't hold your breath. There wasn't any chance I was going outside. We have some very nice pictures of Gabriella looking at the snow through the glass door.

The time flew by and before I knew it we were packing our bags and heading back to sunny Florida. We really enjoyed spending time with family, but it's always nice to come home...especially when it's 75 degrees!
